Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT, MLS, or CLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a nationally recognized credentialing organization
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or relevant field
- Previous laboratory experience in a hospital or clinical setting is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in a wide range of laboratory disciplines, including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding laboratory safety protocols and standards

Responsibilities:
- Perform testing procedures on patient specimens across various laboratory sections
- Ensure all quality control, accuracy, and regulatory standards are met
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
- Accurately report and document test results in laboratory information systems
- Maintain inventory and ensure appropriate supply levels
- Contribute to a safe and efficient laboratory by following established procedures and infection control guidelines
- Collaborate with medical and laboratory staff to support patient care
