• 4x10s night shifts
• 26-week assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of laboratory tests and analyses as an MT/MLT generalist.
• Accurately process, test, and report clinical specimens, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Utilize advanced laboratory equipment and information systems to maintain precise records.
• Conduct quality control procedures to meet regulatory standards and support optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff to provide timely, reliable results.
• Troubleshoot instrument and testing challenges, maintaining smooth laboratory operations.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT).
• Experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory setting strongly preferred.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining laboratory analyzers and instruments.
• Excellent detail orientation, troubleshooting skills, and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently on night shifts.
