Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week contract
• 5x8s evening shift
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Flexible hours available

Qualifications and Skills:

• Generalist experience strongly preferred
• Valid New York State License required
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of testing in a clinical laboratory environment using both automated analyzers and manual methods
• Accurately process patient samples and report results in accordance with standard procedures and quality guidelines
• Conduct quality control, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks to ensure reliability and accuracy of laboratory findings
• Collaborate with other laboratory staff to prioritize workload and maintain smooth operations during evening hours
• Safeguard compliance with all regulatory standards and facility protocols
