Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) license
  • Recent TB clearance, performed within the last 12 months
  • Strong experience as a generalist; must have competency in blood bank procedures
  • Adaptability to fast-paced laboratory settings and willingness to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform a full range of laboratory testing, including blood bank analyses
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal laboratory regulations
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability in lab results
  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
  • Document and communicate laboratory findings clearly and efficiently
  • Uphold exemplary standards of patient safety and confidentiality
