Desired Qualifications:

• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) license required
• Demonstrated experience as a Laboratory Medical Technologist; CLS Generalist background preferred
• Competency in blood bank procedures is essential
• Recent TB clearance within the last 12 months

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic laboratory testing with precision, including blood bank, hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and more
• Maintain strict adherence to quality control protocols and laboratory safety standards
• Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory staff for prompt, accurate test results
• Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment
• Accurately record, analyze, and interpret laboratory data for comprehensive patient care
