Schedule:

Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP required)
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a high-complexity laboratory
- Strong working knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct various laboratory tests and analyses with precision and accuracy, adhering to standard operating procedures
- Prepare specimens, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure all quality control protocols are followed
- Monitor test results and flag any abnormalities promptly for further review
- Accurately document and report laboratory findings within established timeframes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
