This travel assignment, set for 12 weeks and based on a 5x8 day shift schedule (6am - 3pm), is designed for those ready to step into a dynamic role. You’ll participate as a versatile Generalist, with responsibilities including blood bank duties that favor candidates with multiple years of experience. Taking on this role allows you to work with advanced technologies, such as Cerner LIS, Roche equipment in Chemistry, and Sysmex systems in Hematology, further building your resume and skillset.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid ASCP or AMT certification required.
  • Must be credentialed as MT or MLS (no MLT for this position).
  • Multiple years’ blood bank experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Cerner LIS, Roche Chemistry, and Sysmex Hematology instrumentation.
  • Minimum 50 miles from location required for eligibility.

Primary Duties:

  • Perform diagnostic testing as a Generalist across core laboratory disciplines.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in blood bank procedures.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care outcomes.
