This role provides exposure to a variety of laboratory settings, allowing you to learn from different leadership styles and workplace practices. Schedule:

• 12-week travel assignment
• 5x8 hour day shifts
• 6:00 am – 3:00 pm

Qualifications:

• MT/MLS certification (ASCP or AMT required)
• Multiple years of generalist experience, including blood bank
• Proficient with Cerner LIS, Roche systems (Chemistry), and Sysmex analyzers (Hematology)
• MLT not considered for this role
• Minimum 50 miles from Goose Creek—no local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing across general laboratory disciplines, with an emphasis on blood bank
• Operate and maintain instrumentation including Roche and Sysmex platforms
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and safety protocols
