Assignment Details:

What You’ll Bring:

• ASCP or AMT certification required
• Experience as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Generalist background with phlebotomy proficiency
• Strong blood bank experience
• Familiarity with chemistry analyzers, especially Roche Cobas Pro/Pure
• Competence in Cerner LIS and data management
• Ability to excel independently overnight, collaborating with a lab assistant
• Proven skills operating in fast-paced, varied laboratory environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate testing across all core laboratory disciplines
• Execute phlebotomy procedures as needed
• Manage lab workflow and resolve technical issues as a solo overnight technologist
• Collaborate closely with a lab assistant for seamless continuity of care and quality assurance
• Maintain meticulous records and follow regulatory standards at all times
