Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
  • Experience operating laboratory equipment and performing a range of diagnostic tests
  • Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and validate complex test results
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with clinical professionals
  • Previous hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analytical tests on blood, body fluids, and other specimens with accuracy and precision
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
  • Monitor quality control procedures and document results according to regulatory requirements
  • Interpret, record, and report laboratory results in electronic medical records
