Medical Technologist in Grove City, OH

Schedule:

• 4 shifts per week, 10-hour nights
• 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Qualifications:

• Certification as ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) required
• Proven experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician in a high-volume laboratory setting
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment, analyzers, and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accurate results
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform and analyze a variety of laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and immunology
• Process specimens following strict protocols and ensure accurate documentation of all results
• Maintain and calibrate lab instruments and report any malfunctions promptly
• Uphold all quality control, safety, and infection control standards in compliance with laboratory guidelines
• Collaborate with clinicians and other laboratory staff to provide high-quality diagnostic support
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed
