Qualifications:
- MT/MLT credentials required (ASCP or AMT certified)
- Broad generalist experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Solid understanding of quality control, specimen processing, and lab instrumentation
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency across multiple disciplines (chemistry, hematology, microbiology, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with established protocols and quality standards
- Analyze and report findings to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
