Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician (ASCP or equivalent preferred)
• Experience functioning as a generalist in a clinical lab setting
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies, instrumentation, and quality assurance
• Ability to interpret results accurately, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain meticulous records
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with other healthcare providers
• Vaccine compliance required for all candidates

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank
• Ensure timely and precise delivery of laboratory results to support patient care
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain a variety of laboratory instruments
• Monitor quality control standards and participate in proficiency testing
• Maintain a safe and well-organized work environment by following protocols and regulatory guidelines
