Qualifications:
- Current ASCP certification
- Minimum of one year of relevant laboratory experience
- Proven skills as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician in a healthcare laboratory setting
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive laboratory testing across a range of disciplines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols
- Analyze test results and communicate critical findings effectively to clinical staff
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment according to standards
