Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour night shifts per week (exact hours will be discussed during the interview)
  • No holiday coverage required

Qualifications:

  • Current ASCP certification
  • Minimum of one year of relevant laboratory experience
  • Proven skills as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician in a healthcare laboratory setting
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive laboratory testing across a range of disciplines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols
  • Analyze test results and communicate critical findings effectively to clinical staff
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment according to standards
  • Adhere to all safety and quality control regulations
  • Document results and maintain clear, precise records for reporting and analysis
  • Participate in ongoing education to stay current on advances in laboratory science
