• Demonstrated experience as a Generalist in laboratory operations

• Proficient in a range of laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and computer applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests across multiple diagnostic areas (chemistry, hematology, microbiology, etc.)
• Analyze test results with accuracy and ensure timely reporting to healthcare providers
• Maintain proper documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments; troubleshoot issues as needed
• Ensure a sterile and safe laboratory environment through adherence to best practices
