Qualifications:

• Generalist experience in a laboratory setting highly desirable
• Active New York State clinical laboratory license required
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist providers in patient diagnosis and care
• Analyze and record accurate results, ensuring adherence to established protocols
• Maintain strict quality control and instrument calibration standards
• Troubleshoot equipment or quality issues as needed
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff to coordinate efficient workflows
