Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) | Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania

Schedule and Hours:

• Sunday through Saturday coverage
• Mid-shift hours
• 13-week engagement

Qualifications:

• Certification required: ASCP or AMT
• BLS certification
• Registered US Medical Technologist (MT/MLT)
• Generalist experience preferred
• Experience with GE laboratory systems is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of laboratory testing including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology as a generalist
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment with a focus on quality control
• Accurately document and report test results in accordance with laboratory policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff for timely and accurate diagnostic support
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols
