Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by an accredited organization (ASCP or equivalent)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Previous laboratory experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of quality control protocols, laboratory instrumentation, and safety regulations
