Qualifications:

• Current ASCP or AMT certification required
• MT/MLT credentials
• Generalist experience, including phlebotomy
• Proficiency with Cerner and Epic lab information systems
• Hands-on knowledge of Roche cobas Chemistry analyzers
• Blood Bank experience
• Must be willing to flex between different shifts as needed

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests across all major disciplines
• Collect and process blood and bodily fluid specimens
• Operate and maintain chemistry analyzers and manage blood bank specimens
• Utilize multiple LIS systems for accurate reporting and workflow
• Support colleagues in a team-oriented environment, adapting to evolving departmental needs
