Key Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field
- ASCP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Clinical laboratory experience (MLT or MT role)
- Familiarity with a range of laboratory equipment and testing procedures
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to adapt to new workflows and rapidly changing environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols
- Analyze, interpret, and report laboratory results
