Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification or degree as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory, working as a Generalist
• Comprehensive understanding of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and safety protocols
• Strong phlebotomy, specimen processing, and quality control skills
• Proficiency in interpreting, verifying, and analyzing results in hematology, chemistry, immunology, urinalysis, and microbiology
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot laboratory instruments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Up-to-date vaccination required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate testing, analysis, and reporting on a variety of biological specimens across multiple lab disciplines
• Maintain equipment, calibrate instruments, and uphold laboratory best practices for quality and compliance
• Ensure timely and precise documentation of results, promptly reporting critical findings to healthcare teams
• Follow established procedures for specimen handling, test procedures, and maintaining records
