An opportunity is available for a skilled laboratory professional with Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician certification to support diagnostic services as a generalist on the 3rd shift. Qualifications:

• Current certification or eligibility as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Experience as a generalist strongly preferred
• Demonstrated competence in clinical laboratory operations across multiple disciplines
• Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation, quality control, and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and consistent focus on accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Vaccine compliance required

Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, blood bank, microbiology, and urinalysis
• Process specimens accurately and efficiently according to established protocols
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance procedures, maintaining required documentation
• Validate and report test results in a timely manner, alerting clinicians to critical values as needed
• Collaborate with laboratory and clinical staff to support patient care and effective workflows
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards
