Qualifications:

• Current certification or eligibility as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent)
• Degree in medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, or related field
• Experience with hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunohematology, and urinalysis preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing laboratory setting
