Schedule / Hours:

• Evening shift
• 11:00am – 9:30pm
• No weekends

Qualifications / Preferred Experience:

• Valid certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Demonstrated proficiency in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, specimen processing, and blood bank procedures
• Ability to assist in microbiology as designated
• Familiarity with Meditech is highly desirable
• No phlebotomy required
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and blood bank
• Process and analyze laboratory specimens accurately and efficiently
• Contribute to designated microbiology workflows as needed
• Maintain precise records of patient results and report findings to medical staff
• Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols
• Collaborate with fellow laboratory professionals to sustain a high standard of patient care
