Schedule:

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: To be determined
• Shift Times: 7:00am–3:30pm or 12:00pm–8:30pm
• 40 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No floating to other departments

Qualifications:

• Current ASCP certification required
• Demonstrated experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate results
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to operate laboratory instrumentation and perform high-complexity testing

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring efficiency and reliability in results
• Analyze samples following established protocols and maintain accurate documentation
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues independently or with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
• Adhere to laboratory safety policies and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Support a culture of quality improvement within the laboratory
