Qualifications:

• Current certification or eligibility as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of laboratory equipment, procedures, and safety protocols
• Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in a clinical laboratory preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests on blood, bodily fluids, and other specimens, ensuring accurate and reproducible results
• Analyze test findings, review data, and promptly communicate critical results to clinical staff
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper calibration
• Uphold strict compliance with quality control standards, regulatory policies, and laboratory safety procedures
• Document findings clearly and ensure timely recordkeeping within laboratory systems
