Deliver vital laboratory services in a dynamic healthcare setting as a skilled Medical Technologist. In this generalist role, you’ll support diagnostic excellence across multiple disciplines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all areas of the laboratory. Your expertise as a Medical Technologist—rather than MLT—will be highly valued as you work a consistent 6:00 pm to 6:00 am shift (36 hours per week) for a 24-week assignment, with extension opportunities available.

- 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
- 36 hours per week
Qualifications:
- ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification required
- State of Florida laboratory license required
- Completion of college degree in a relevant field (diploma or transcripts required)
- Experience as a generalist Medical Technologist—proficiency across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in overnight shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and report laboratory tests accurately in all generalist areas
- Follow protocols for specimen handling and lab safety
- Calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure reliable results
- Analyze test findings to assist clinical staff in patient care decisions
- Collaborate with nursing and physician teams, providing timely updates on critical results
- Participate in quality assurance, continuing education, and process improvement initiatives
