Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- 10-hour shifts, 10:30 pm – 9:00 am
- Four days a week
- Every other weekend required
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Medical Technologist
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Demonstrated experience in hematology, including laboratory instrumentation and analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining and improving strict safety and quality standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized hematology laboratory testing and analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of laboratory results
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting issues as necessary
- Adhere to established laboratory protocols and safety procedures
- Collaborate with caregivers and laboratory team members to support exceptional patient care
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation required for regulatory compliance
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or unusual findings in specimens or test outcomes

$1,452 - $1,536/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
