Key Qualifications:
- ASCP or AMT certification required
- Active BLS certification
- Registered US Medical Technologist (MT/MLT)
- Experience as a Generalist strongly preferred
- Previous work with GE systems beneficial
- Minimum of one year recent laboratory experience in a hospital or reference lab setting
Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, and urinalysis
- Ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate test results according to facility standards
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting as needed
- Review, document, and communicate critical results promptly
- Adhere to regulatory and safety policies within the laboratory environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
