Key Qualifications:

• ASCP or AMT certification required
• Active BLS certification
• Registered US Medical Technologist (MT/MLT)
• Experience as a Generalist strongly preferred
• Previous work with GE systems beneficial
• Minimum of one year recent laboratory experience in a hospital or reference lab setting

Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, and urinalysis
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate test results according to facility standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting as needed
• Review, document, and communicate critical results promptly
• Adhere to regulatory and safety policies within the laboratory environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
