Key Qualifications

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
• Relevant degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
• At least one year of recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Competency with laboratory equipment and information systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid ASCP or equivalent certification (preferred)
