Schedule:

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week

Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory environment
• Proven competency in blood banking procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and quality control measures
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently during night shifts

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, immunology, urinalysis, and blood banking
• Prepare and analyze samples to provide accurate and timely test results for patient care
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and ensure all quality assurance standards are met
• Document results, report critical values, and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines, maintaining a safe laboratory environment
