Enjoy working primarily full-time days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), with an emphasis on weekend shifts, for an initial 8-week duration with a strong chance of extension.

Please note that candidates residing in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach Counties are not eligible for consideration.

Qualifications:

• ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification required
• Current Florida State laboratory license
• College diploma or official transcripts
• Minimum requirement: Medical Technologist (MT); MLT will not be considered
• Demonstrated generalist laboratory skills and experience across multiple disciplines
• Ability to thrive independently in a high-volume clinical environment

Schedule:

• Full-time, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Primarily weekend coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diverse testing procedures as a laboratory generalist, including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, and microbiology
• Verify and report results efficiently and in accordance with laboratory protocols
• Maintain rigorous standards for accuracy and quality control
• Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines
• Communicate professionally with clinical team members to ensure optimal patient care
