Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:

• ASCP or AMT certification required
• Minimum of Associate’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
• Must demonstrate Generalist competency across core laboratory disciplines (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.)
• Previous experience as Medical Technologist or MLT, preferably in diverse hospital or clinical settings
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organization skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform and validate diagnostic laboratory tests following established protocols
• Accurately document and analyze test results within required turnaround times
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Strictly adhere to quality assurance and safety standards
