Qualifications:
- Active MLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician
- Open to first-time travelers with minimum experience requirement met
- Preferred background in Blood Bank and Chemistry
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR and advanced lab equipment (manual microtomes, Sakura tissue processors, Benchmark Ultras, Ventana H&E stainer)
Responsibilities:
- Perform a comprehensive range of diagnostic laboratory testing
- Adhere to established lab protocols, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate results effectively to support patient care
- Participate in a 3-day orientation (including both general and lab-specific training)
- Adapt to a flexible, multi-week schedule cycle
