Qualifications:

• Active MLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician
• Open to first-time travelers with minimum experience requirement met
• Preferred background in Blood Bank and Chemistry
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR and advanced lab equipment (manual microtomes, Sakura tissue processors, Benchmark Ultras, Ventana H&E stainer)

Responsibilities:

• Perform a comprehensive range of diagnostic laboratory testing
• Adhere to established lab protocols, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate results effectively to support patient care
• Participate in a 3-day orientation (including both general and lab-specific training)
• Adapt to a flexible, multi-week schedule cycle
