• Previous experience as a medical technologist or laboratory technician (Generalist)
• Proficiency in phlebotomy
• Knowledge of Cerner and Epic laboratory information systems
• Familiarity with Roche cobas Chemistry analyzers
• Blood Bank experience preferred
• Must be able to work evenings, nights, and some weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of complex laboratory tests across multiple disciplines as a generalist
• Conduct phlebotomy, prepare specimens, and ensure quality assurance protocols are met
• Utilize Cerner and Epic to manage lab workflow and patient data
• Operate Roche cobas analyzers and contribute to blood bank operations as needed
• Communicate results and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
