Schedule/Hours:

• 7 on/7 off night shifts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification: ASCP or AMT required
• MT/MLT Generalist with proven competency
• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Proficiency in chemistry, with experience using Roche Cobas Pro/Pure
• Solid blood bank experience
• Ability to work independently with only a lab assistant present overnight
• Advanced knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems, specifically Cerner

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze a wide range of lab tests as a generalist
• Perform routine and specialized chemistry tests
• Handle blood bank operations and specimen processing
• Execute overnight phlebotomy when needed
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control and laboratory protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and operate LIS (Cerner) efficiently
