Key Qualifications:

• ASCP certification required (no AMT, please)
• Skilled as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Previous experience as a generalist with strong competency in chemistry (Roche cobas Pro/Pure platforms), blood bank, and phlebotomy
• Proficient in Cerner Laboratory Information System (LIS)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting
• No local candidates within 50 miles

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures efficiently and accurately
• Serve as a generalist across all major lab sections, including chemistry and blood bank
• Collect and process specimens, including performing phlebotomy
• Utilize Cerner LIS for documentation and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
