As a Medical Technologist generalist with a focus in Blood Bank, you’ll work the evening shift, allowing you to enjoy quiet mornings and explore the area’s outdoor adventures. The 13-week travel engagement exposes you to a variety of workplace practices and leadership styles, enhancing your professional adaptability and knowledge.

Schedule/Hours:

• Evening Shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• MT/MLT certification required
• Valid ASCP or AMT credentials
• Minimum 50 miles from Mount Pleasant, SC (no local candidates)
• Generalist experience with emphasis in Blood Bank
• Proficiency with Epic and Cerner LIS

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory assays as a generalist, including blood bank operations
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
• Collaborate effectively with medical and laboratory staff
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of test results
• Maintain regulatory compliance and support quality improvement processes
