Required Qualifications:

• Valid national certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory environment preferred
• Strong proficiency with automated analyzers and laboratory information systems
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and microbiology
• Analyze, interpret, and validate patient results to support clinical decision-making
• Ensure specimen integrity through proper collection, labeling, and handling
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all laboratory procedures
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control initiatives
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times
