Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) | Nampa, Idaho

Seeking experienced laboratory professionals to join a dynamic healthcare team for a 13-week contract opportunity. Multiple shifts are available, offering flexibility for qualified candidates with expertise as Medical Technologists or Medical Lab Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of routine and complex laboratory procedures in accordance with established protocols
• Analyze blood, body fluids, and other specimens to aid in diagnosis and treatment
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control measures
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting as necessary
• Document and report findings accurately using laboratory information systems
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to provide timely laboratory support
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and technical proficiency
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
