Schedule Options:

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid ASCP or MT certification required.
  • Proficiency in blood banking protocols is essential.
  • Experience performing phlebotomy duties.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory best practices, instruments, and regulatory standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate laboratory testing across hematology, chemistry, immunology, and transfusion medicine.
  • Ensure timely processing and analysis of specimens, adhering to quality and safety protocols.
  • Perform blood banking functions, including cross-matching and compatibility testing.
  • Carry out phlebotomy procedures safely and efficiently on patients of all ages.
  • Maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshoot technical issues, and document results thoroughly.
  • Participate in quality control initiatives, inventory management, and problem-solving within the lab.
  • Communicate clearly with medical staff regarding critical laboratory findings.
