Schedule:

• 12-week contract
• 5x8s day shift
• Hours: 6am – 3pm

Qualifications:

• MT/MLS certification (MLT not accepted)
• ASCP or AMT certification required
• Generalist skills; multiple years of blood bank experience preferred
• Proficiency with Cerner LIS
• Roche instrumentation expertise in Chemistry
• Sysmex experience in Hematology
• Must live more than 50 miles from North Charleston, SC

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic laboratory tests as a generalist with particular focus on blood banking
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation (Roche, Sysmex) and information systems (Cerner LIS)
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely patient results
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards
