• MT/MLT Generalist role

Key Qualifications:

• ASCP certification required (no AMT)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience—seasoned techs encouraged to apply
• Proficient phlebotomy skills
• Demonstrated strength in Chemistry (Roche cobas Pro/Pure)
• Strong Blood Bank background essential
• Experience with Cerner LIS
• Must reside at least 50 miles outside the local area

Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and timely laboratory analyses across all sections (hematology, chemistry, blood bank, urinalysis, and microbiology)
• Perform and document venipuncture/phlebotomy procedures as needed
• Operate and maintain Roche cobas Pro/Pure analyzers and Cerner LIS
• Uphold quality control standards and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
