Responsibilities
• Perform generalist skills across all laboratory departments, including chemistry and phlebotomy
• Conduct high-level Blood Bank procedures; strong previous experience required
• Operate Roche cobas Pro/Pure chemistry analyzers
• Utilize Cerner Laboratory Information System (LIS) for efficient workflows
• Uphold quality assurance, process lab specimens, and adhere to all safety and procedural protocols
• Engage in team-based problem solving and deliver accurate, timely test results

Qualifications
• ASCP certification (MT/MLT required; no AMT substitutes)
• Demonstrated experience as a generalist Medical Technologist/Lab Technician
• Advanced skills in chemistry (Roche platforms) and Blood Bank
• Proficient with Cerner LIS
• Proven phlebotomy competency
