Schedule:

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) with ASCP (no AMT) credentials
• Minimum of several years’ recent generalist laboratory experience required
• Extensive experience in Phlebotomy
• Strong Blood Bank background essential
• Skilled in Chemistry analysis with hands-on experience using Roche cobas Pro/Pure platforms
• Comprehensive understanding and proficiency with Cerner LIS required
• Only candidates residing more than 50 miles outside North Charleston, SC, are eligible

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform, analyze, and interpret laboratory tests across a range of specialties
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Accurately document results using Cerner LIS
• Oversee and perform phlebotomy procedures as needed
• Collaborate closely with other laboratory and clinical professionals
