Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Experience performing a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses
• Familiarity with quality assurance protocols in clinical labs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team
• BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret complex laboratory tests within established protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment
