Qualifications & Skills:

• Active ASCP certification (or equivalent) as a Medical Technologist.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory Science program.
• Minimum of one year of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Proficient in core laboratory disciplines including Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with current laboratory instrumentation and LIS systems.
