Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a laboratory science or related field
  • Proficiency in clinical laboratory testing procedures, QC, and instrument calibration
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations applicable to laboratory environments
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Recent experience in a high-volume laboratory preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and specialized diagnostic testing following established laboratory procedures
  • Analyze and report test results with precision and accuracy
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments; perform troubleshooting and minor repairs as necessary
  • Adhere to all laboratory safety, infection control, and quality assurance guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel to facilitate patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Ensure timely and proper documentation of all test outcomes and lab-related activities
