Schedule:

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Experience working as a generalist in a clinical laboratory
• Demonstrated proficiency in blood banking procedures and protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely results
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full spectrum of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology
• Perform blood bank procedures such as compatibility testing, antibody identification, and transfusion-related testing
• Prepare samples, operate laboratory equipment, and maintain quality control
• Monitor, record, and report laboratory test results accurately
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address critical and urgent laboratory findings
• Maintain records, troubleshoot equipment issues, and assist with inventory management
