Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Demonstrated experience as a laboratory generalist
• Strong background in blood banking required
• Proficient in clinical laboratory testing methods and protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Reliable, team-oriented professional with strong communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory testing in line with established protocols, focusing on both generalist and blood bank assignments
• Analyze, interpret, and report test results promptly and accurately to support patient care decisions
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control standards are met
• Assist in troubleshooting instrument issues and take corrective actions as needed
• Adhere to all laboratory safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards
