Medical Technologist in Pompano Beach, FL

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Medical Technologist in a laboratory setting. Schedule:

• 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Three 12-hour shifts per week (day shift)

Key Qualifications:

• Must be a Medical Technologist (MT) – Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) are not eligible
• Possess active certification from ASCP, AMT, or AAB
• Hold a valid State of Florida laboratory license
• Provide a college diploma or official transcripts
• A minimum of one year of recent laboratory experience (preferred)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Applicants cannot reside in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach Counties

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical laboratory testing across multiple disciplines following established protocols
• Analyze specimens accurately and efficiently using advanced laboratory equipment
• Ensure quality control, maintaining high standards of patient safety and result reliability
• Maintain documentation and uphold compliance with regulatory and laboratory guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver precise and timely test results
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of any issues that arise during testing procedures

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
