  • Current certification as ASCP or MT required
  • Demonstrated experience in blood banking
  • Proficient in routine and complex diagnostic testing
  • Phlebotomy experience necessary
  • Familiarity with laboratory regulations and safety protocols
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a laboratory setting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform critical laboratory analyses, including blood banking, hematology, chemistry, and microbiology
  • Carry out phlebotomy procedures with skill, care, and safety
  • Maintain precise documentation and follow laboratory quality control measures
  • Analyze test results and communicate findings effectively to healthcare providers
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to proper standards
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements throughout daily operations
  • Contribute to a positive work environment, supporting team goals and patient care objectives
