• Third shift hours, overnight coverage

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Experience working as a Generalist in a clinical laboratory setting
• Proficiency with phlebotomy, specimen processing, and operation of automated laboratory equipment
• Familiarity with standard laboratory information systems and data entry procedures
• Current certification or eligibility from recognized agencies such as ASCP, AMT, or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to accurately document findings
• Vaccine is required as part of employment for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and report routine and specialized laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and urinalysis
• Analyze, interpret, and validate patient results following laboratory policies and protocols
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality control standards are met for all lab activities
• Assist in trouble-shooting instruments, participating in proficiency testing, and maintaining laboratory inventory
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to best practices for infection prevention and regulatory compliance
