Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- Current ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility)
- Proven experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician in a clinical laboratory setting
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment, analyzers, and standard protocols for hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Working knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality control standards
