Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician (ASCP or AMT accepted)
• Proficient in performing blood banking procedures; experience with heavy blood banking is essential
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Phlebotomy skills preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining safety and accuracy in laboratory operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex blood bank testing, ensuring accuracy and timely results for patient care
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
