Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a full range of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology
  • Validate and verify results with strict adherence to laboratory protocols
  • Prepare, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
  • Adhere to all regulatory and safety procedures in specimen collection, analysis, and result reporting
  • Troubleshoot analyzers and resolve technical problems promptly
  • Maintain accurate records, quality control reports, and inventory of laboratory supplies
  • Support overall laboratory workflow and assist with process improvements as needed

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Medical Lab Science program
  • Previous clinical laboratory experience is highly valued
  • Proficient in common laboratory techniques and technologies
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards, quality assurance, and infection control procedures
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team
